Mother of three desired mommy makeover consisting of breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. Her breasts had significant droop and a tear drop shaped implant above the muscle was chosen to help maximally lift and support the breasts without a formal lift. These were 330 cc oval base moderate projection Sientra implants. Had she chosen a standard round implant placed beneath the muscle she would have been left with a fairly droopy postoperative result. She is shown at 3 months and reports she went from a B cup to a D cup. Her abdomen scar is still quite red but we would expect significant fading over time.
