Procedure: breast augmentation revision

Previous subglandular breast augmentation with capsular contracture and a poor cosmetic outcome. Revision required 1) removal of previous implant and capsule, 2) conversion to submuscular pocket, and 3) replacement of silicone implant of improved dimensions for her frame.
